Veneto lakes
The region Veneto can rely on some of the mountain lakes among the most fascinating and most visited in the summer season.
In Veneto, mountain lakes are found both at medium-low altitudes in the pre-Alps and at medium-high altitudes in the Dolomites.
One of the most famous is Lake Sorapis, a destination for thousands of tourists every year who climb over 2000 meters to admire the spectacle of the turquoise waters.
