From here you can reach the lakes in an hour's walk, not too difficult but not passable with strollers, among green meadows with free grazing cows, rocks and paths.

This leads to the first splendid lake with emerald green water, and not far away are the other two smaller ones. On the banks you can relax by having a nice picnic, let the little ones play by throwing pebbles in the water or admire the fish swimming blissfully in their environment.

Going up towards the Forcella del Monaco you can reach Castel di Bombasel in less than an hour, through the 'ferrata dei Laghi', the Cermiskyline: an excursion that can also be done by the less experienced and by children, indicatively, from eight years of age. . It is advisable to be guided by an expert mountain guide to reach the summit, which offers yet another enchanting panorama, if you do not suffer too much from vertigo.

Upon returning from the excursion, in the immediate vicinity of the chairlift, you can find refreshment in the Paion Refuge, which offers a panoramic terrace with bonfire and armchairs where you can enjoy a typical delicacy of the place or simply rest near the chamois statue that dominates the surrounding landscape . In summer you can also take advantage of a solarium service, while children can have fun in the playground.

For more experienced hikers, it is also possible to reach Lake Lagorai, the largest of the chain, which is several hours from the Bombasel lakes, and is perfect for those who practice fishing in the summer.
